Authority Heating and Cooling is an amazing company. My AC went out over the weekend and they were able to get a tech, Jeremy, out to my house Tuesday afternoon. Jeremy was so polite and professional. He took the time to make sure everything was running correctly. I live in a condo and the units outside weren’t marked as to which house number they belonged to. Jeremy was nice enough to label mine so I know for the future. Michelle was also great at keeping me updated on when Jeremy would arrive at my home. Thank you for the outstanding job!

Best experience ever with an HVAC company, I got two other bids on the service they performed that were substantially higher and they take before and after pictures…highly recommend especially if you need expensive work done at least get a bid from this company, I’ve already recommended them to one friend.

Patrick was on time and very respectful and attentive. Before entering our house, he put shoe coverings on to protect our wood floor and carpet. He explained what he was going to clean when he performed the overhaul on our heat pump, coil and mini split. He even sent before and after photos. Patrick went above and beyond when he brought our packages in from the front porch. We will continue to use Authority Heating & Cooling for all our HVAC needs.
